Sian is an Educational Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working for a local authority. She has also worked as a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Gloucestershire with a focus on leading the Psychology modules on the course. Sian initially qualified as a teacher in September 1994 and worked in local schools in Gloucestershire before moving on to complete her training as an Educational Psychologist at Exeter University. Rebecca is an Educational Psychologist with over 11 years experience working for a local authority. She has also worked as a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Gloucestershire with a particular focus on leading the Psychology and SEND modules on the course. Rebecca initially qualified as a teacher in 1999 and worked in Brighton and Gloucestershire before training as an Educational Psychologist at Bristol University. Within these roles she has worked in a variety of schools and settings, children’s centres, early years settings, primary and secondary schools, specialist provision, and children’s residential homes.
